OUR MISSION IS TO PROVIDE BETTER, FASTER PATIENT CARE THROUGH PHYSICIAN-ALIGNED HOSPITALS.
We aim to serve 1M patients over the next 10 years through our facilities. Feel free to reach out, if you'd like to learn about our master plan.
OUR VALUES DEFINE WHO WE ARE, HOW WE OPERATE AND WHAT WE STAND FOR.
They guide every decision—from patient care to business strategy.
1. Patient-Centered, Physician-Empowered
We’re redefining healthcare by putting patients first and empowering physicians with tools, autonomy, and ownership.
• Every decision prioritizes patient outcomes.
• Physician owned facilities result in better care and accountability.
• By removing the red tape, doctors focus on medicine—not bureaucracy.
2. Extreme Ownership
Everyone at TXM is accountable.
• We take full responsibility for our work, results, and impact.
• If something’s broken, we fix it.
• If there’s an opportunity, we take it.
• We act like owners, not employees.
3. Execution & Speed
We move fast and get things done.
• Decisiveness and precision over analysis paralysis.
• Execution is everything—ideas alone aren’t enough.
• Healthcare is slow. We’re not. We move with determination.
4. Tech-Driven & Backed By Data
We use technology, automation, and data to build smarter, more efficient healthcare.
• Systems must be measurable, scalable, and always improving.
• We invest in AI, automation, and analytics to drive outcomes.
• Technology supports human care—it doesn’t replace it.
5. Think Big, Build for the Future
We’re not just building hospitals—we’re reshaping physician-led healthcare for the long term.
• We focus on long-term value, not short-term gains.
• We challenge norms and aim for lasting impact.
• We invest in the next 10 years, not just the next quarter.
6. Integrity & Partnership
We do what’s right—even when it’s hard.
• We build trust with physicians, investors, and communities.
• We are honest, ethical, and transparent.
• We win together—success is shared by all partners.
WE’RE REIMAGINING WHAT HEALTHCARE CAN AND SHOULD BE:
A place where patients always come first, physicians lead with autonomy, and healthcare is delivered with uncompromising quality.
THESE FIVE PILLARS DEFINE WHO WE ARE, HOW WE CARE FOR PATIENTS & WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT:
1. COMPREHENSIVE EMERGENCY CARE
We provide full-spectrum care—emergency, inpatient, surgery, and medical detox—all under one roof.
We treat acute, surgical, and recovery needs in one place.
Our teams coordinate across specialties for better outcomes.
We minimize transfers, reducing patient stress and costs.
2. CONVENIENT & FAST CARE
We treat every patient like family, offering concierge-level service with fast access and personalized care.
Real relationships—not just patient numbers.
Quick, direct access to physicians—24/7.
Individualized treatment plans for every patient.
3. INNOVATIVE APPROACHES
We challenge traditional models with tech-forward, data-driven, physician-led care.
We use AI, automation, and advanced tools to improve care.
Innovation comes from doctors, not bureaucracy.
Our model adapts to evolving patient and market needs.
4. COMMUNITY FOCUS
We’re not just hospitals—we’re committed partners in community health.
We build in high-need areas to increase access.
We collaborate with local doctors, businesses, and groups.
We give back through outreach, education, and open access
5. HEALING ENVIRONMENTS
Our hospitals are designed for calm, comfort, and compassionate care.
Welcoming, modern spaces that support recovery.
Amenities that comfort both patients and families.
Every interaction grounded in empathy and respect.
